Talent with excellent communication skills
Communication both inside and outside the company is essential to quickly respond to changes and put them into action. No matter how much information or new ideas you have, if you cannot communicate them, there will be no results. We are looking for people with high communication skills (EQ: Emotional Quotient) who can build good interpersonal relationships inside and outside the company based on rich interpersonal sensitivity while skillfully controlling their own emotions, and who can express the information and new ideas they possess.

We will answer some frequently asked questions from students regarding the selection process and company research. Please use this as a reference.
Has the number of people you plan to hire been decided?
Of course, we have a plan for hiring every year, but there is no set number. If we find someone who we think would like to work with us through the interview process, that will determine the number of people we hire.
Will having a qualification give me an advantage in my job search?
At the time of hiring, the presence or absence of qualifications will be taken into consideration during the selection process, but it will not be a deciding factor for whether you pass or fail. There is no point in just having a qualification; what is important is how you can utilize the knowledge of that qualification in your work. In other words, after joining the company, there are no advantages or disadvantages in hiring, and the selection process is based solely on the "personality."
What format is the interview conducted in?
Basically, the first interview is a group interview, and the second interview and beyond are individual interviews. However, please note that this may change depending on the year. In addition, the interview is positioned as a "place for communication between students and the company," so it is conducted in a dialogue format. We hope that both parties will be able to deepen their understanding of each other, even if just a little.
What about hiring students from junior colleges and vocational schools (who are scheduled to graduate)?
The selection process is exactly the same as for four-year universities. There are no advantages or disadvantages during the selection process, so please apply!
Are you recruiting at your overseas affiliates?
Recruitment is carried out locally. Employees hired in Japan are usually posted to domestic offices, but there are some cases where employees hired in Japan are seconded to other offices.
Please tell me about the training after joining the company.
You will not be assigned to a position immediately after joining the company! Instead, you will receive group training for one month to learn about company rules, basic work knowledge, and manners as a member of society, and then you will be temporarily assigned to multiple work sites as part of OJT. We have also introduced e-learning and are working to improve our training, so please feel free to join us.
Will I be able to get my wish regarding placement?
Regarding your job preferences, we always ask you what kind of work you would like to do at the hiring stage (interview). However, we do not hire employees with specific assignments. Since we decide based on various conditions, not just individual preferences, you may not necessarily be assigned to the position you wish for. We actively encourage job rotation, so you can consider a career plan that suits you by taking on various job types.
Are there any departments where I can utilize my language skills?
Although most communication is done in Japanese, our company has factories overseas and many of our production bases are overseas. We also develop overseas licensed brands and have many contact points with overseas countries. I think there are situations where you can utilize your language skills in the overseas business department and product department. As we aim for even more global expansion in the future, I think there will be more opportunities like this.
What is the atmosphere like at your company?
Since we are not a large company with a large number of employees, you will not feel like you are a cog in the machine and your presence will not be felt. The abilities of each employee are evaluated, and there are plenty of opportunities to take on big jobs regardless of seniority or length of service. Since we have people of a wide range of ages working for us, employees with diverse values and ways of thinking actively communicate with each other to generate new ideas.
Is remote work possible?
Although the frequency varies by department, the company has implemented remote work in order to improve work productivity. We have also introduced many communication and information sharing tools, and are creating an environment that allows employees to work from home smoothly.
What are your working hours?
The basic shift is 9:15-17:30, with a 7 hour 15 minute work schedule. We have set up no overtime days, so that employees can work in a way that takes work-life balance into consideration.
What is the rate at which employees take parental leave?
The rate varies by gender, but for women, it is 100%. All employees who have taken maternity leave or childcare leave in the last five years from 2018 to 2023 have returned to work and are working energetically while balancing their work and family life by taking advantage of systems such as reduced working hours. For men, the rate has also been 5% in the last five years, and we will continue to encourage them to take leave in the future.
Are there any regulations regarding clothing or hair color?
Although it varies depending on the department and job type, we have a relatively liberal attitude towards clothing and hair color. As long as you do not disturb the public or company order and are in line with the time, place, and occasion, you can enjoy fashion with your favorite clothing and hair color.
