About the Toray Pan Pacific Open Tennis Tournament

The Toray Pan Pacific Open Tennis Tournament is one of Japan's largest international professional women's tennis tournaments, with top players from around the world taking part. Since its first event in 1984, this year marks the tournament's memorable 40th anniversary, despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

This tournament has a long history and tradition, and many world-famous players have won in the past. This year, as the only international tournament held in Japan on the WTA Tour, heated world-class matches will be played out on the Ariake Centre Court.

The tournament is made up of two divisions, singles and doubles, and the world's top ranked players will play in heated matches, using their skills and mental strength to the fullest.
