Put 50ml of purified water or drinking mineral water into a spray bottle and mix in 20 to 25 drops of aroma oil, or 30 drops for a stronger scent.

2. Aromatherapy bath

Simply fill the bathtub with hot water until you are submerged, add 5 to 10 drops of aroma oil, and stir well. Essential oils are difficult to dissolve in water, so be careful not to let the undiluted solution come into direct contact with your skin.

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend diluting the essential oils with vegetable oil (carrier oil) before adding them.

Even easier to enjoy are foot and hand baths.

Fill a large washbasin or similar with 40-42°C hot water, add 2-3 drops of aroma oil, stir well, and then soak your feet or hands in the water.

When taking a foot bath, immerse both feet in the water, preferably up to the ankles.
